Fully automated fish feed production line

1. Raw Material Cleaning: Receiving bulk corn and soybean meal raw materials; the cleaning process refers to all operating units sending corn and soybean meal, inspected by the raw material inspector, into silos. During this process, impurities in the raw materials are first removed by a cleaning device, and then conveyed to the silos according to plan via receiving and demagnetizing equipment. The production line equipment includes receiving equipment, conveying equipment, primary screening, and magnetic separation equipment. For bagged raw materials, loading and unloading personnel unload the raw materials inspected by the raw material inspector and neatly store them in the warehouse. The following four points must be ensured during the receiving process: 1. Accurate quantity; 2. No quality problems with the raw materials; 3. Correct receiving path; 4. Clean receiving environment.
2. Batching Process: The batching process refers to the weighing and feeding of raw materials into the batching silos from the feeders below each batching silo according to the formula requirements. Each raw material, after being weighed by the batching scale, is conveyed to the powder storage silo. After being weighed from the silo, the raw materials are fed into the powder silo. Small quantities of materials and premixes are weighed manually and then added to the silo for mixing. The quality of the batching process directly affects the accuracy of the product batch.
3. Crushing Process The crushing process involves feeding the raw materials to be crushed from the silo into the crusher for grinding, then conveying them back to the silo for mixing before final use. The purpose of this process is to control the particle size of the material. The design efficiency of the crusher in this process determines the capacity of the equipment and is also the most energy-intensive process in the production of powdered materials. The hammers, screens, current, noise, and crushing status must be monitored and confirmed at all times.
4. Mixing Process During the mixing process, the various ground raw materials are discharged from the mixing chamber into the mixer. Oil is added to the raw materials in the mixer as needed through a liquid addition system to ensure uniform mixing of all components, achieving the required mixing effect and uniformity. The material discharged from the mixer is the finished product and is directly sent to the finished product packaging process for packaging and transportation. When producing pelleted feed, the mixed powder is sent to the pellet silo. To ensure the efficiency of the mixer, maintenance personnel should regularly inspect and repair the equipment and periodically test its efficiency.
5. Granulation Process: After magnetic separation and tempering, the mixed materials are fed from the granulation silo into the pressing chamber of the granulator, where they are pressed into granules. These granules are then cooled in a cooling tower and sieved to obtain standard pellets. The magnetic separation equipment should be cleaned regularly to prevent iron impurities from damaging the granulator. During quenching and tempering, the steam volume should be adjusted according to the requirements of the pellet variety, and a suitable ring die (aperture size, compression ratio, material, etc.) should be selected according to the quality requirements of the granulation process. The temperature and humidity of the pellets should be adjusted according to factors such as variety, indoor temperature and humidity, and season to obtain qualified pellet temperature and humidity.
6. Finished Product Packaging Process: After being weighed on a packaging scale from the finished product warehouse, the feed is placed into packaging bags. Packaging personnel then affix labels and seal the bags before transporting them back to the warehouse for storage.
